We reserve the right to deny, withdraw, and/or cancel service at any time.

We reserve the right to disable an account if it is used in a harassing, offending, or mistreating manner.

We reserve the right to update information on our products at any time.

We reserve the right to reverse these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, we do not offer exchanges, and we do not issue refunds for our products. Please read the list of ingredients in each product carefully before ordering in case you have allergies or sensitivities to any ingredients, and if you have any questions about the products or ingredients, please email us at magnoliascandlesandsoap@gmail.com.

If you receive your products and you are not satisfied, please e-mail us and we will try our best to resolve your concerns.

Damaged Products:

We package our products securely so that they arrive to you undamaged and in perfect condition. However, there is a slight possibility that products may become damaged during shipping and handling. Once you receive your products, please inspect them for any damage, and if you do see the damage, please take a picture of the damage and e-mail the picture to us at magnoliascandlesandsoap@gmail.com. Damaged products will be replaced at no cost. 

Claims on damaged products must be made within 3 business days of your receiving the products.

Product Information:

Our products should be stored at room temperature, and in a dry place without direct exposure to sunlight, to best maintain the integrity of the products. 

Our candles and soaps do not have an expiration date and only get better with time.

Use unopened bath salts, lotions, body butter, and bath scrub within one year of purchasing.

Use opened bath salts, lotions, body butter, and bath scrub within 3 months of opening.

Most of our purchased products are natural/raw products and it might cause staining when used.

Warning: Keep all products out of reach of children. These products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.   If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
